Electronic Software Engineer – Medical Devices

Up to £50k

Plus 25 days annual holiday, bonus scheme, 12% non-contributory pension!

A creative role for an experienced Electronic Software Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary design team who work on a number of projects simultaneously.  This is a hands on role where you will be involved in the innovative development of detailed electronic and software designs.

Key skills for this Electronic Software Engineer job will include a number of:   

-       An Electronic or Software Engineering degree
-       Solid analogue and digital electronics knowledge
-       Experience with full cycle design
-       Software development
-       Medical devices design experience

We are looking for Electronic Software Engineer with a varied skillset, who are able to switch between different technologies. You will typically work on assignments from conception to manufacture in a fast paced environment. 

Medical industry experience is essential along with knowledge of quality management systems such as: ISO 13485 and 21CFR820; risk management to ISO14971; Electronic device safety to IEC 60601; software life cycle to IEC 62304.

The team has opportunities for electronic software engineers who want to focus purely on design work and for those who enjoy client interaction.
