Up to £45k basic with excellent benefits
This Software Engineer with hands on LabVIEW experience will be developing state of the art fibre optic monitoring sensors for a range of markets including oil and gas. The company of 60 employees is currently going through a phase of expansion and is looking for passionate engineers to help increase their product range. You will join a tight knit software team of 10 engineers who work in LabVIEW and C++ to code, implement and validate complex software solutions.
The successful Software Engineer will have some of the following skills / experience:
• Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline
• Demonstrable LabVIEW experience (Must have)
• C++ (desirable)
For this role the LabVIEW Software Engineer must have strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as good time management and the ability to work well in a team. The successful Software Engineer does not need experience in fibre optics, as full training and support will be provided, although an interest in the area would be advantageous.
