- Planning Manager
A Planning Manager is required to join a leading company in the aviation market who pride themselves on being at the heart of strategy and the forefront of research in their area. You will manage a team of line managers responsible for MPS Planning, Aftermarket Planning and Business Analysis.
As a Planning Manager you will be responsible for coordinating activity across planning, operations, procurement and finance as well as reporting into the supply chain organisation. You must also ensure that optimal inventory levels are maintained at all stages of the supply chain and that all appropriate data is available and accurate to establish the companies supply plan.
Planning Manager Requirements:
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes.
- Experience in a Sales and Operations planning role.
- Experience with ERP and planning tools.
- Demonstrated experience at Senior Management level.
- Experience working with inventory models.
- Experience with SAP.
- Certification in APICS or related accreditation.
- Experience in an aerospace/automotive engineering environment.
