Description
Product Manager

Working as a Product Manager you will play a key role in developing, planning and executing a range of projects working with hi-value automated machinery within the food and pharmaceutical industry. The position will help to deliver products effectively working on developing with product lifecycle management techniques for new product development. Other responsibilities will include:

-          Ensure that teams have the appropriate product and technical specifications, direction and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimate timelines ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.


-          Communicating closely with NPI teams and sales and marketing departments ensuring product releases and updates are effective and timely.


-          Develop a robust process for project opportunity/impact assessment for future business.


-           Communicating all customer feedback to internal engineering teams.


-          Identify and internal improvement to established designs.


-          Establish and implement pricing policies.


-          Investigate, analyse and resolve any internal and external product issues.

For this position you will need:


-          An experienced Product Manager working within a manufacturing environment ideally within the food or pharmaceutical industry.


-          A strong customer and commercial understanding.


-          Experience with product lifecycle management techniques for new product development.
