Royston, Hertfordshire – The Company will pay for relocation
If you don’t want to work for a consultancy but you do want to work for a company making a wide range of high value complex electro mechanical products as a mechanical engineer then please read on… You will take on responsibility for all mechanical engineering initiatives and play a fundamental role from prototype all the way through to production release whilst working closely with project management and other engineers within R&D. The company are looking to strengthen with two mechanical engineers who will both play a key role in solving complex design problems and creating future products that will be used across the world mainly in medical and lab environments.
Some of your responsibilities will include….
· Leading and driving projects providing a systems approach working alongside hardware, software and production teams.
· Designing and modifying high value low volume automated machinery.
· The company do all design and manufacturing in house so you will work closely with production and build teams.
· Playing a vital role in the New Product Introduction process.
For this role we are looking for….
· A strong mechanical engineering background working on low to medium volume electro mechanical products.
· Ability to take a leading role working with cross functional teams on a range of projects.
· Degree level qualified in mechanical engineering.
