Salary: £40k-£55k + very good benefits package

This is a BRAND NEW opportunity for an experienced Hardware Team Leader - Electronics Design to join a large Multi-national company who are a leader in the design of control and power systems.
You'll be responsible for a team that delivers hardware engineering tasks to diverse projects and functions in order to deliver scheduled engineering milestones. The Hardware Team Leader also needs to provide an environment that encourages personal growth and career progression to team members.
You will ideally possess all or most of the following skills:
Electronics Hardware design experience / background
Management / Team Leading / Project experience
Preferably familiarity with common aerospace engineering standards
Degree educated is desirable but not a necessary requirement
