Software engineering is a complex subject and we can provide training to any "sponges" who are keen to start a career in recruitment. We are a boutique agency working on technical engineering roles across software, electronics and mechanical/manufacturing engineering. We can offer a clear route of progression for consultants based around individual ambition. Not everyone wants to be a manger but if that is what you are striving for then we can work with you to achieve this.

What are we looking for?

• An interest in IT and technology with an inquisitive mind.
• Personality- someone who has the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Ideally a degree or a qualification in a technical discipline would be helpful but not essential.
• A competitive nature inside and outside of work.

What's in it for you...

• Commission- In recruitment you can earn significant levels of commission based on performance. I have examples of what consultants have achieved in year 1 which I would be happy to share with you rather than give a general OTE figure as everyone is different.
• Trips away- we have a summer and winter company target. Recent trips have included: Holland, Lille, Berlin and Centre Parcs. 
• Monthly targets - we all go out for a meal and drinks on the company when we hit target.
• Sport - we are a sporty bunch and quite often consultants go to the gym on their lunch break and we often organise lunch time activities like football or basketball.
• There is normally a box of protein bars or cake in the fridge!
