Up to £25k dependant on experience
We are looking for a Quality Technician to join our client’s highly-skilled manufacturing team to ensure the continued high-quality output of their machines, products and disposable components. This is a vital role within the manufacturing team to ensure that all products are manufactured and operate to the highest required levels of quality and to meet the rapidly increasing demands of sales.
Job specification/key tasks:
- Ensure that products are manufactured to agreed specs and are free from functional and cosmetic defects.
- Ensuring all QC documentation is kept-up-to-date and readily available.
- Inspect the quality of assembled products throughout various stages of the production process.
- Prepare QC data for manufacturing meetings, ensuring adherence to GMP methodologies when appropriate.
- Experience of working in a technical production or assembly environment within a quality assurance/technician capacity.
- Previous experience in managing priorities/issues and workload in a quality control (QC)/inspection capacity.
- Ability to converse with engineering/technical to discuss technical issues & designs.
- Ability and demonstrable experience of following fixed QC processes without deviation.
