Description
We are looking for a high flying Graduate software engineer to join a company in Cambridge developing silicon level high speed networking technology. Skills must include strong evidence of C programming and ideally some experience with Linux and networking but this can be learnt on the job. Any embedded or systems level programming experience is extremely advantageous. Your academic achievements must include a good degree and A&B grade A levels.

This is an exciting time for graduate software engineers to join the company as adoption of their technology explodes. The role offers an excellent graduate salary (£30-35k, more for relevant PhD) and opportunities to work on cutting edge networking platforms that are implemented worldwide in trading platforms, other financial services, high speed data centres, big data applications, cloud & virtualisation systems.

Desirable skills: C++, Systems or Kernel level work, network protocols Linux Drivers, Real Time systems, electronics knowledge, TCP/IP, Python, Perl, assembler, exp with semiconductor company, Verilog, VHDL, server architectures & virtualization, PCI.

In addition to a Graduate Software Engineer the company are also looking for a Senior Software Engineer with Linux device driver experience.
