- Description
- Multiple Graduate Software Engineer vacancies within a 70 strong start-up, founded by a team of highly experienced engineers and entrepreneurs who have a proven track record of numerous successful technology start-ups. At their engineering offices in Watford and Cambridge, they develop products which are changing the landscape of video communication.
They are in the mid stages of a rapid 2 year expansion phase and are looking for a range of graduate software engineers to work across all levels of the product including cloud infrastructure, embedded, application level, Web, statistics gathering, iOS and Android apps. Their software engineers do not get pigeon holed into certain technologies so if you are looking to specialise in a single language or platform then this won’t be the job for you.
Due to the highly technical nature of the work and their track record of success through employing the very best graduates they have high standards - but also pay accordingly - £36-40k basic, excellent benefits and a very lucrative share scheme. An excellent academic background is essential, you will need to have mostly A/A* grade A levels and a degree from a top University.
Suitable Graduate Software Engineers will need to have strong programming skills, the company don’t mind which languages but your experience must span a number of years and show an interest in technology from an early age.
Most development work is carried out in C++ and Python but extends to Java, Swift, JavaScript and others depending on the project and platform.
They know that their great products and commercial success come directly from the technical passion that their development teams put into their work; consequently they make sure they provide an environment that cultivates the talents of graduate software engineers.
