- Description
- We are looking for a Software Engineer with a Computer Science, Mathematical, Physics, Scientific or Engineering degree to develop Software to control a suite of scientific instruments. The Software is developed using Visual Studio in C# and C++ on Windows with Subversion. The role is likely to suit a Software Engineer looking for their second job or a recent Graduate Software Engineer with a significant project or work experience using C# or C++.
Software Engineer essential requirements:
- Good C++ and C# development experience
- Ability to understand complex engineering problems (Physics A level likely)
- Object Orientated design
- Image Processing
- Multi-threaded software
- Interfacing to Hardware
- Subversion
- Windows and Visual Studio
Position: Software Engineer
