- Technical Support Advisor - Audio
Working for one of the largest pioneers of electronics consumer goods, a Technical Support Advisor is required to assist with trade customers and end-user queries. This company’s product range has continued to grow rapidly, therefore a Technical Support Advisor will have to communicate clearly via email and telephone in order to solve a variety of potential scenarios. The Technical Support Advisor will have strong customer service skills acquired through a similar customer service based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing live telephone support to trade customers and end-users
- Responding to voicemails
- Providing written support via email and post to customers
- Assisting with testing and reporting on returned products
Required:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Be technically savvy and comfortable in a PC environment
- Confident and polite phone manner
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi principles
