- Customer Service Specialist
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist with experience working within a manufacturing environment to join a hi-tech engineering company. You will be responsible for developing customer service and order processing activities, working with a wide range of international and domestic customers.
Your main responsibilities will be exceeding customer service expectations and ensuring all orders are processed and logged on the companies ERP system. Other responsibilities will include;
- Monitor customer service inbox.
- Manage contract review process for all products that are yet to complete NPI processes.
- Maintain and update all relevant data in the appropriate ERP systems.
- Processing of customer returns.
Customer Service Specialist Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar order processing role within an engineering environment.
- Previous experience dealing with international customers.
- Some understanding of specific payment terms including Letters of Credit.
- Broad knowledge of the entire supply chain.
