Full stack Developer – Data Visualisation

- We are recruiting a team of web developers to work on web services from the ground-up, to include a front-end to navigate through and present scientific visualisations and a back end in the cloud to process and store massive amounts of data.
The company are an Oxford University spin out with considerable financial backing, currently 35 staff (10 in software) aiming to double in 2018. They have a cool work environment, flexible hours, work from home, football table, they have lunch delivered every day (for free), their products have a significant advantage over competitors and the company vision excites software developers and scientists alike.
Technologies are not set in stone yet, you’ll use the best tools to get the job done but expect to be working with Python, .Net and AWS initially for the back-end and for the front end it’s likely to be d3.js and webGL.
If you are a web developer who has something to offer to a project like this then please get in touch. Ideally you will have front and back end experience but responsibilities are likely to split as the team grows this year creating opportunities for tech leads.
