£30k to £45k Depending on experience plus company vehicle, phone and laptop
Home based, UK wide
Our client have begun searching for an expert Field Support Engineer to join their expanding service department. Working at various company sites and customer premises across the UK the successful Field Support Engineer will be tasked with maintaining a range of complex machinery used in the medical industry, mainly within radiotherapy.
A key responsibility will be to drive customer satisfaction in all areas of interaction from initial contact, throughout and after the visit to their facility. A confident and strong communicator is essential for this role.
Other responsibilities would include…
- Instillation and training on new products.
- Providing post-sales service to customers both on site and remotely.
- Providing demos on products.
- Degree in radiotherapy or equivalent
- Engineering Degree in electronics
Other requirements…
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent IT skills and ability to pick up and learn software packages
- Willing to travel across the UK
- Relevant experience with radiotherapy or a similar related medical field.
