We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Office Manager to join a hi-tech engineering organisation who specialise in the design and manufacture of a range of instruments and accessories for the medical industry. You will need to be very proactive and enjoy a busy customer focused environment.
This role will comprise of three main areas:
- Ø Staff Management
- Ø Sales office Management
- Ø Sales Contracts and Tenders
- People management – managing a team of 7 office staff.
- Supervision of all sales activities – order processing, KPI’s, improving the overall proficiency etc.
- Review, draft and negotiate customer sales.
- Provide commercial support to the sales teams.
- Ensure compliance to company policy and procedure.
- Must be degree qualified with some experience in the medical sector or another strictly regulated area.
- Be able to demonstrate commercial experience.
- Experience with managing teams.
- Proficient with MS Office and competent with Sage 200 or similar
