- Description
- This Senior Software Engineer position will appeal to those who like variety and are happy to work on a number of different platforms. The company’s technology can be integrated into a wide range of products running every OS imaginable, hence the company have a very fluid structure and Software Engineers can find themselves working on a project for Linux, Windows, Chromium, MAC, Android or some other platform depending on priorities. Excellent C++ experience in a highly technical environment is essential.
The company offers an excellent working environment for Software Engineers, it’s very collaborative, they sponsor and host regular tech meet ups, currently 250 staff, mostly engineers and it’s common for their staff to give back the community in various ways. They typically operate in Agile software development teams of 9, with 2 testers who work with software engineers on a project from start to finish. The technical challenges usually evolve around the movement of video data in real time, most recently VR and augmented reality applications but many, many other uses.
