- Development Engineering Team Lead
We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader with extensive experience in the development and test of hi tech electronics assemblies to join a leading company within the power industry who offer excellent progression opportunities and continued development through funded training courses. Your day to day responsibilities will include;
- Support hands on product design working closely with an R&D team of electrical, mechanical and manufacturing engineers.
- Directly manage the people and equipment within the lab ensuring that all test programs are carried out according to company procedures.
- Constructing and testing early prototype bread boards and magnetic components.
- Review and create engineering documentation.
Development Engineering Team Lead Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing a team of engineers.
- A qualification in an electronics related discipline or significant relevant experience.
- Experience of electronics performance and functional testing.
- Knowledge of EMC, thermals, and magnetic design.
