Description
Scrum Master

£55-65k (dependent on experience)

Company that works with some of the biggest names in technology and whose software is being used in areas such as VR and AR needs a Scrum Master to join their team.

As their product is optimised in a way which allows their software to run on any device and on any operating system, the company’s software is already used in a variety of devices with plans to explore more potential markets. Due to this, the team is constantly growing in size due to the vast amount of work they’re taking on and need a Scrum Master to guide and support engineers working on their niche but versatile technology.

Working in Agile development teams of up to 9, Scrum Masters will be responsible for coaching and supporting teams in the discovery of frameworks and practices, whilst understanding the benefits and techniques of each approach. Other responsibilities include protecting the team from outside interruptions, application and coaching of agile development practices and creating an atmosphere where teams can be effective and evolve in the work that they do.

The company boasts a modern, spacious office building with facilities such as shower rooms for those who cycle to work, a large recreational area and fully stocked fridges for those on their break. They also offer flex time; regularly host technical meet up events and promote social events both inside and outside of work.

Scrum Master requirements:
  • At least 2 years of Scrum Master or comparable experience supporting medium to large-size projects
  • Great mentoring/coaching and communication skills
•     Experience working in an Agile environment and a strong understanding of Agile principles

•     Experience with Agile toolsets
