- Self-funded telecoms company, 10 years old, just over 40 staff and growing, flat structure, beautiful offices, great place for embedded software engineers with lots of freedom to get on with the job, no red tape. Continuous learning is a shared trait amongst Software Engineers here, they are encouraged to spend over £1000 (minimum) every year on personal development which is very popular. On joining, you will get your choice of hardware.
The work involves solving novel networking and telecoms problems on embedded Linux platforms so we are very keen to hear from embedded software engineers with expertise in C programming, a good grounding in TCP/IP and networking concepts, comfortable with Linux command line and scripting. A good eye for spotting bugs is also required.
The team comprises of a team leader + 5 other embedded software engineers.
