- Description
- We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Engineering Project Lead to head-up multidisciplinary teams of around 5-20 engineers, managing all aspects of research and development projects and complex electronics for harsh environments.
As an Engineering Project Lead, you will provide technical direction to lead engineers and architects to reach optimal solutions, as well as supporting project management teams in planning and scheduling work, whilst also being responsible for budget.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design and delivery of complex electronic equipment for harsh environments and have a strong technical background in at least one engineering discipline. You will need experience of managing projects across the lifecycle and to time and budget, as well as extensive leadership or management experience.
Due to the nature of the work candidates must be British.

- Experience managing delivery of projects across full product lifecycle
- Experience of leadership/management
- Experience of DOORS
