- Inside Service Manager
We are currently seeking a driven and ambitious engineer with a real passion for technology to join a global leader in manufacturing equipment for the food and pharmaceutical industries. Working from a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility you will be part of a small, five-person team and will be given extensive training on the company’s products as well as continuing development to help you achieve your career goals.
Due to a period of growth, the company are currently building a purpose-built facility across the road from their current site to expand their capacity and as such the progression routes for this role are very broad and can include Applications, R&D, Field Service to name a few.
Although part of the Service Team, you will liaise with various internal teams as well as end users and marketing organisations to ensure that the current service offerings are meeting the customers requirements on an individual basis. You will also work with Sales and Application teams to develop new service offerings, considering the pricing structure and marketing materials required.
This position could suit an Engineer from a variety of technical backgrounds as long as you are passionate about technology, have the drive to learn new information and an appreciation of the impact that a faulty machine has on the production line.
For this role you will need;
- Technical engineering background.
- Ability to work with cross functional engineers.
- Passion for technology.
