Rotating Shift Pattern
The shift rotas are as follows:
Early
06:00-14:15 Mon-Thursday
06:00-13:00 Friday
Late
14:00-22:00 Mon-Thursday
12:45-20:00 Friday

Working at a state-of-the-art clean room manufacturing facility as a Equipment Engineer (Maintenance Engineering) you will take responsibility for leading all equipment engineering improvements, whilst providing production support for equipment breakdowns across the site. You will work with a range of equipment delivering planned and responsive service across this cleanroom site. We are looking for a multi skilled engineer with a bias towards electronics that drives machinery and has worked in a similar environment, Other responsibilities will include:
- Perform effective preventative maintenance and breakdown assistance on all production equipment to ensure that equipment runs to the maximum efficiency to reduce downtime.
- Draft reports and logbooks for all modified equipment gathering data and costings where appropriate.
- Contribute to the sourcing of spare parts for equipment.
- An engineering qualification ideally to HNC/HND level
- Experience working as a maintenance engineer in a hi-tech manufacturing environment.
- Experience maintaining PC controlled automated equipment.
- PLC knowledge would be preferable but not essential.
- Any knowledge of lasers or optics related machinery would again be beneficial but not essential.
