- Product Design Engineer
As the sole Product Design Engineer, you will work alongside a talented team of Mechanical Engineers and will help bring their designs to life by taking a fresh approach to the aesthetics of the product.
Working on several projects concurrently you will have the chance to see your designs move through the design process and into production before going to market.
The company, who develop a huge range of products that improves and saves people’s lives across Europe, are based out of a state-of-the-art facility in Aston Clinton where all design and production is carried out.
The day to day responsibilities of the role will involve making adjustments to designs from the Mechanical Designers, taking into account the human factors and ergonomics of the end product. You will primarily use SolidWorks for both surface and solid modelling.
For this role you will ideally need a degree in a Product Design related subject and experience working to design consumer products in SolidWorks with an understanding of Solid Modelling.
