- Field Service Engineer (Multi-Skilled)
We are currently looking to recruit a multiskilled (both in electrical and mechanical) field service engineer around the Oxford area(location can be flexible), but able to work all over the UK with some overseas travel. The role will initially start as a contract position, but they will be looking to make the role permanent in the near future. The contact rate will work out to £30k -£35k and there will also be overtime + Van + Mobile + iPad + Product Training + Progression.
The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified with a good understanding of mechanical principles and have experience working with a range of high value low volume machinery, There will be product training and you will become an expert on complex electrical systems, which includes PLC & HMI / SCADA, Robot and ultrasonic units.
You will work on the installation and service of company products, training clients’ production and maintenance teams, predominantly in the South East region of England, but with some international travel opportunities as well. They have a fantastic reputation as a world-class manufacturer and have also won national awards. This position could also suit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a step into field service.
