Description
Fantastic opportunity to join a consultancy who have gone from strength to strength during COVID, paying 2 bonuses and a pay rise to staff in the last 6 months.  This role will involve delivering digital technology solutions to engineering organisations spanning Rail, Defence, National Security, Renewable Energy, NHS and central government.

These are technical positions, but not in depth technical. Alongside a Project Manager, you will be responsible for capturing requirements, working that through to a technical design and then working with the client to develop the system through vendors and 3rd parties as required.

There will be opportunities at all levels for ambitious candidates who have a real desire to take their career forward as well as forming the future development of this growing team.

Systems/Solutions Architect requirements:
  • Due to the nature of the work you must be British and eligible for security clearance.
  • Computing, Physics, Mathematics or Engineering degree likely
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to adapt to different audiences
Areas of particular interest:

Computing expertise: including storing, protecting, accessing data, processing and transmitting data.

Systems Engineering: understanding the traditional waterfall project lifecycle and how systems engineering can be applied to agile delivery

System Design and Modelling: Business, operational or concept development, system architecture and decomposition, requirements development and management.

Appreciation of Business Change: The people and process side to introducing digital systems and the subsequent change to businesses
