Description
Research and development division of a successful medical company who are working on the development of a low-cost surgical robot.   They are looking for a Firmware / Electronics Engineer to focus on the development of highly complex embedded software and hardware for use in surgical applications on a robotics platform.

The successful Electronics Engineer will collaborate with a small, innovative team of mechanical and software engineers solving challenging, real world problems that result in successful product manufacture and distribution to hospitals worldwide.

Due to the highly challenging nature of the role, we are looking for a strong academic background including a degree (very likely Electronic Engineering) from one of the worlds top Universities and A & B grade A levels.  Any relevant experience in Computer Vision, Robotics, Machine Learning or Image Processing is desirable.
