Description
Software Engineer – MSc/PhD

Working on the bleeding edge of technology, this company are using research from universities to ensure their products stay ahead. This is an extremely varied role on the ground floor of technology for this business.
As part of a small but growing team, you will be working on developing software and implementing concepts from research that no other company in the country will be working on. The successful candidate would be working to develop the software that interfaces with highly complex scientific instrumentation.

The ideal candidate might have a Computer Science, Physics or Maths degree. Or you might have a PhD / research experience with strong software knowledge. They are flexible with what programming languages you have experience with, they will consider any object-oriented experience. More importantly, they are looking for someone with an ambitious, curious mind to drive software projects forward.
This company are looking for candidates that live and breathe software, so if you’ve contributed to opensource software or similar, they would love to hear about it!

Requirements:
Strong degree (MSc/PhD) in STEM area.
