If solving interesting and highly complex problems within renewable energy sector sounds interesting then this might be your next position.
A Senior Embedded Software Engineer vacancy has just opened at a company developing the latest in scientific instrumentation. This product is complex with sensors, storage and processors with low power at the heart of everything.
This scientific monitoring equipment is used across a number of sectors, with a big part of that being in renewable energy. A large number of upcoming projects will involve working on wind farm technology, for one of the largest windfarm developments in the world.
Some projects you would get involved in include developing processing algorithms, improving power efficiency as well as working with adding functionality for third party sensors to the product. Experience working with FreeRTOS would also be desireable as one of the upcoming proejcts would be working to incorporate this.
The ideal candidate would have circa 5 years experience developing in C/C++ on low level embedded software.
They are able to offer flexible working for this position.
