- Join one of Cambridges recent success stories, a high tech software development company who are a world leader in their field and growing exponentially. They are looking for an experienced EUC / IT Support Engineer who can take ownership of their laptop estate (400 and growing) which includes mainly Windows 10 machines but also Linux and Mac. Approximately 25% of your time will be spent on helping with general support tickets.
The IT Support Engineer role comes with responsibility for application deployment, making decisions on rollout, automating processes with scripting, continuous improvement of processes and contributing to written policies on device and application security.
The company have fully embraced work from home, how often will be up to you. However, this EUC Engineer position requires hands on installation so you will need to live within a reasonable distance of their office on the Cambridge science park.
The company take security very seriously and you will learn lots in this role. Training is their number one priority and over 10% of the company were promoted in January.
