Mechanical Design Leader
Working with complex technical products used in a multitude of different industries you will design and develop new products from concept to release.
This role will lead a small team of engineers whilst also being involved in the day to day design of new products.
Although the company are a world leader within their niche field you will join a fairly small design team where you will be given the freedom to work on a number of new product development projects.
The products can be used in hazardous industries for customers across the world so from a design perspective you will work with precision engineering design using sheet metal and pneumatic principles.
You will be based out of the site in Sunbury on Thames with a flexible hybrid approach to remote working. The company has an excellent reputation for looking after and rewarding staff which has helped them to become a world leader in their field.
For this role we are looking for:
Ideally a degree or formal mechanical engineering qualification.
At least 3 years’ experience of working as a design engineer on complex technical products.
Some leadership or mentoring experience is needed.
