Description
A Senior Electronics Engineer is needed to design the next generation of electronics for complex products within heavy machinery.

Customers may request new designs to be build completely from scratch and could involve working with 4 layer PCB’s, low voltage switch mode power supplies, amongst other things. Projects typically last between 12-18 months.

Everything is done in house at their site near Cardiff. With an order book full, the company need more engineers to drive forward development on their products. The ideal candidate will likely have a number of years experience developing electronic designs within a similar industry, but they would be happy to consider others.

Required:
  • Circa 5+ years experience in electronics design (ideally within automotive but this is not essential).
  • Experience in using embedded systems such as PIC, AVR, STM32, and similar microcontrollers.
  • Experience with Altium or similar
  • Experience with EMC
Salary: Up to £55K
