Are you passionate about health, safety, and environmental best practice? We're working with a cutting-edge manufacturing business that’s looking for an experienced EHS Advisor to support and develop a strong safety culture across their site.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support health & safety initiatives across production, R&D, and office areas.
- Deliver training on key areas including PUWER, DSE, First Aid, Fire Marshal duties, and chemical handling.
- Carry out risk assessments, support incident investigations, and implement improvement actions.
- Oversee COSHH compliance, chemical safety, and controlled waste management.
- Work closely with occupational health providers and contractors to ensure full site compliance.
- Contribute to emergency planning, internal audits, and continuous improvement across EHS.
What you’ll need:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar EHS role within manufacturing, engineering, or a technical environment.
- Experience with ISO 14001, environmental reporting, and chemical safety.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
