A unique opportunity to create procedures from scratch and set bases in place to organise a manufacturing company who a have a unique product that is changing scientific research.
This diverse role will expose you to all core business areas, and no two days will be the same. This small company designs and manufactures cutting-edge technology that significantly impacts the scientific industry.
You will be able to see the impact of your work and the short-term rewards from day one. Ideally, you need to be very organised and ready to lead a small team of technicians to assemble this delicate high-tech device. Quality is more important than quantity in this place, so attention to detail is key.
As the Production Manager, you'll be responsible for streamlining production procedures to reduce lead times. You'll also be the point of contact for communicating customer requirements for our bespoke products.
In addition, you'll oversee logistics and procurement to ensure smooth operations. If you have experience working in high-tech engineering environments in small to medium companies, this role could be ideal for you.
The company is flexible regarding your background as long as you have an engineering mindset and a track record of working in production with high-tech products.
