Ideally, you need to be very organised and ready to lead a small team of technicians to assemble this delicate high-tech device.
Quality is more important than quantity in this place, so attention to detail is key. You will have five direct reports and manage quality control and operations.
As the Production Manager, you'll be responsible for streamlining production procedures to reduce lead times. You'll also be the point of contact for communicating any customer requirements for our bespoke products.
The company is flexible in terms of your background as long as you have an engineering mindset and a track record of working in production with high-tech products.
