This key role will manage the entire lifecycle of NPI projects, giving you full ownership and allowing you to shape their success from start to finish.
Based in a state-of-the-art facility, this company designs and manufactures cutting-edge technology that is key for multiple high-tech industries.
This position is open to professionals at various career stages—whether you're a seasoned Project Engineer ready to step up or an established Project Manager seeking a fresh challenge.
You will need a good understanding of electro-mechanical systems and the ability to communicate with cross-functional teams.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home one day per week. However, regular on-site presence is essential to oversee the exciting, high-calibre projects planned for completion.
To excel in this role, you will need:- A degree or relevant qualifications in engineering.
- Proven experience with Stage-Gate methodology to effectively control projects and manage documentation.
- NPI experience within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
