We are seeking Candidates with a background in payroll, finance and/or accounting administration to join a busy and growing team at a state-of-the-art testing facility for a global engineering leader.

Role Overview:
- Joining a team of 9 and reporting into the People Director for the UK and Ireland, you will work with specialists to progress and process all approvals and administrations in relation to HR changes (hires and terminations).
- You will be responsible for regulatory documentation, including references checks, security clearances and Right-to-work VISA’s.
- Day to-day, your varied responsibilities include preparation and updates of payroll calculations, processing overtime, reconciliation and audits.
What are we looking for?
- Min 1-2 years within a payroll, finance/accounting administration function
- Strong communicator, people person, eager to help and learn
- SAP understanding would be seen as beneficial
