You'll be involved in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting production problems, supporting process improvements, maintaining manufacturing documentation and assisting with the introduction of new products into production. Working alongside Production, Engineering and R&D teams, you'll help identify root causes, implement practical solutions and contribute to continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation.
Working as part of the Operational Excellence team, you'll play a hands-on role supporting production operations and ensuring products are built and tested to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fault-finding, repairing equipment, solving manufacturing issues, and working closely with production teams to keep operations running efficiently.
This role would suit someone with a practical engineering mindset who enjoys working in a high-volume manufacturing environment and is confident performing hands-on technical work under pressure. Requirements- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, maintenance, engineering, service or repair environment.
- Experience repairing or maintaining manufacturing equipment is highly desirable.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- A mechanical or manufacturing background would be advantageous.
