Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage engineering projects, ensuring alignment with technical and operational requirements.
- Apply project management methodologies to maintain control over project timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Work closely with teams and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and effective collaboration.
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with Stage-Gate methodology for project control and documentation management.
- Proven expertise in NPI processes within a high-tech manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across teams and departments.
