Role and Responsibilities
You’ll be part of a small team consisting of another Quality engineer and Head of Quality, where you will work closely with engineers and operational teams to ensure quality standards are met across the business.
Responsibilities will include…- Support investigations and internal audits (ISO9001)
- Assist in Root-cause analysis, Non-conformance management and documentation
- Product inspections across manufacturing lifecycle
- Promoting a culture of quality and compliance across the business
- At least 1 years’ experience within an engineering/manufacturing business, ideally with exposure to a quality team/department
- A technical qualification in engineering, (degree, HND/HNC)
- Ambitious and driven personality, eager to learn and develop a career
- ISO9001 certification
- Exposure to lean and continuous improvement techniques
- Supplier quality experience
