Graduate/Junior Project & Sales Support Engineer
A growing UK technical team is looking for a Project & Sales Support Engineer who wants to build their career across both project delivery and commercial support. In this role, you will join a small but expanding company where you will work closely with colleagues, partners and customers as you gain a strong understanding of the product range and how solutions are delivered.
As you settle into the position, you will take responsibility for handling technical enquiries, reviewing customer requirements and supporting the preparation of proposals, documentation and internal project information. You will keep CRM records up to date and gradually take ownership of several smaller or repeat customer accounts, ensuring they receive clear communication and reliable support. Over time, you will become a trusted point of contact for these customers and contribute to long‑term relationship building.
You will also support project delivery by assisting with planning, documentation and system preparation. A key part of the role will involve taking part in customer technical demonstrations and helping partners understand how solutions are configured and applied. You will support product training sessions and take part in occasional international travel to assist wider team activities.
As you develop a deeper understanding of the product range, this role offers clear long‑term progression. It can naturally evolve into a more senior project‑focused position or a commercially driven sales role, depending on your interests and strengths.
Because the technology is specialised, you will spend time in the office during the early stages to build your knowledge, with hybrid working available once fully trained.
What you will need to have
• A technical engineering qualification with a good understanding or appreciation of electronics
• Willingness to consider applicants from graduate or junior engineer level
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A driving licence is ideal, as the office is in a relatively remote location
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel, including international trips
• Confident communication skills and the willingness to engage with customers
• A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a small but expanding team
