We’re supporting a fast-growing technology business as they expand their enterprise partner onboarding capability. As partner volumes and deal sizes grow, they’re hiring a Pre-Sales Engineer / Integrations Manager to sit at the intersection of commercial, partners and engineering.
This is a hands-on, partner-facing role where you’ll help take retail partners from agreement through to successful go-live, owning the technical onboarding journey.
The role You’ll work closely with commercial teams, partners and internal engineers to scope technical requirements, support integrations and keep onboarding moving. You won’t be writing core product code, but you will be hands-on with APIs, webhooks and platform integrations, acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
Required:
- Technical aptitude with a willingless to learn, ideally experience working with APIs
- Comfortable working directly with external partners
- Organised, proactive and able to take ownership
- Able to interface confidently with developers
Desirable:
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce or e-commerce platforms
- Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Integrations or Technical Account experience
- Exposure to fast-growing or scaling tech businesses
- Interest in using AI tools to work more efficiently
