You’ll be joining a manufacturer of hi-value electronics equipment, who are seen as one of the market leaders in their field. With decades of experience behind them, the team are looking to embed a new generation of senior engineers who can take products forward and continue the success the business has achieved in recent years.
You will lead a small team, working hands-on with design, test and product specialists to drive forward NPI, providing key technical input on complex issues and responsible for motivating, supporting and improving team members.
What are we looking for?- Experienced electronics engineer with the ability to lead small teams
- Exposure to EMC testing, digital circuitry and product design
- Good communicator who is organized and enjoys working hands on with product development
