Lead Electronics Engineer Requirements:

• Strong background in electronic hardware design and product development


• Experience leading complex product, platform or subsystem development programmes


• Proven experience with analogue, digital and mixed-signal electronics


• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through challenging technical problems

Lead Electronics Engineer Additional Skills of Interest:

• Start-up experience


• Aerospace, defence, missile, radar, UAV or space industry experience


• FPGA-based systems experience


• RF electronics or signal processing hardware knowledge


• Environmental and EMC qualification experience


• Embedded software skills for board bring-up and debugging
