A Test Manager is required to join a leading company in the aviation market who pride themselves on being at the heart of strategy and the forefront of research in their area. You will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of all test activities within the engineering function.
As a Test Manager you will line manage the team leaders for Mechanical Development, EMC, Integration and Electronics Lab as well as managing the Capital Expenditure Budget for Engineering in conjunction with the CoS and Site Technical Manager.
You will also be responsible for the delivery of development and qualification testing work packages, creation of a standard Test Rig configuration as well as ensuring there is adequate assignments of test resources across all programs.
Test Manager Requirements:
- Experience in an appropriate Engineering discipline.
- Experience in Development and Qualification test processes.
- Ability to lead a team of managers.
- Excellent knowledge and/or experience in facility management.
