This is an excellent job opportunity to join this very well established, niche market performer. They design and make a broad range of technically advanced electronic components that are used in over 40 countries across the world. This Electronic Applications Engineer job will be very diverse and will enable you to get involved in R+D, sales and electronic design. We are considering both Graduate and Senior applicants for this Applications Engineer job.
Your main duties as Applications Engineer will be as follows:-
-Advising customers throughout the product selection process
-Support field sales and inside dales on technical aspects
-Define customised solutions with the R&D department
The job calls for a rounded set of skills. You should ideally be qualified to Degree level in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. It is essentially a sales orientated role with hands on electronic design skills, so you will need to be an excellent and confident communicator, as you will be dealing with R+D, sales, field service and of course the customer. Previous applications experience in a similar environment would be well received.
