12 month fixed term contract
A role has become available for a Project Assistant/Document Controller to directly support the Project Manager for a high tech engineering organisation.
The role will predominately be to support projects with documentation management and some project administration. Other Responsibilities for the successful Project Assistant/Document Controller will include…..
- Organisation and management of the document register to control issue and receipt of all documentation.
- · Interfacing with customer counterpart for documentation control and delivery.
- Co-ordination and compilation of data and information, liaison with project teams for all document submissions.
- Preparing data packs (hard copy folders, CDs, zip and use of FTP servers).
- Regular audits of the document Control system to ensure full Project compliance.
The Successful Project Assistant/Document Controller will require….
- Possess good analytic, numeric and literacy skills as well as holding recognised qualifications in both English Language and word processing;
- Experience of Document Control within multiple projects simultaneously.
- High degree of competency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Good knowledge of electronic data management systems.
