- Administrative Co-ordinator
This role is a 6 month contract.
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Co-ordinator to join a rapidly expanding hi-tech engineering company. You will be responsible for supporting the administration of customer orders as well as leading the administration of demo units. Other day to day responsibilities will include;
- Liaise with marketing and sales teams to manage demonstration bookings.
- Develop relationships with external shipping agency to arrange shipments of demo products both to and from customer sites.
- Work with the service department to ensure demo machines are kept properly maintained.
- Order stocks of spare parts in accordance with the service team.
- Log all relevant data onto the companies CRM systems.
Administrative Co-ordinator Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience within a commercial environment.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Ability to learn new IT and order processing systems.
