- Technical Sales Engineer
Are you an experienced Technical Sales Engineer with a background in high-tech electronic products? Our client, a well-known manufacturer of scientific research & measuring equipment are looking for a field based Technical Sales Engineer to cover a sales area spanning the South of England.
Technical Sales Engineer Responsibilities:
- Become the company’s product specialist for the particular range of products you will be working with.
- Source and identify new sales opportunities.
- Business development and account management of OEMs and end users.
- Forecast and report sales orders and delivered goods in line with corporate guidelines.
- Attend and present at both internal and external meetings.
Technical Sales Engineer Requirements:
- Fundamental understanding of engineering or manufacturing principles.
- Successful record in the sale of metrology, instrumentation products or any engineering capital equipment.
- Undertaken sales training including forecasting sales pipelines, profit & loss etc.
- Experience selling equipment to Tier 1 Automotive or Aerospace companies is a desirable.
