Description
Start-up with a recent investment of £21m are looking for experienced and graduate software engineers to work on the platform development of a next generation security system.  The application talks directly to hardware in conjunction with machine vision and data science techniques to intelligently analyse visual, sensory and network data, culminating in a security system unlike anything ever experienced before.  You will get to work on a variety of platforms including MAC, iOS, Linux and Windows.   

The founding team, which is now c100 engineers and growing, are covering everything from hardware, through systems, to cloud and web architecture.  Any software engineers joining now will become part of very early stage product development with a true start-up mentality. 

The office has to rank as the nicest I’ve seen.. concierge service, roof terrace, showers with changing rooms and lockers, ample car and secure cycle parking, 100m from the tube, 5 min from the motorway, 2 min walk from the high street.

Due to the highly challenging nature of the work, they are looking for embedded software engineers with a very strong academic background – it’s likely you attended one of the world’s best University’s and achieved mostly A grade A levels or equivalent.  They are currently recruiting experienced and Graduate Software Engineers.

Skills are likely to include C, C++, Linux, Device Drivers and Kernel level operations, but a proven history of outstanding academic achievement is key.
